Common Grounds Cafe

Barista - Ever wanted to know how to make those fancy coffee drinks? Well here is your chance. As a Common Grounds Barista, you will even get a free drink for your services! Volunteer shifts typically run 2 hours and Baristas are encouraged to serve every other weekend. Saturday shifts are from 3:45-5:45pm, and 5:45-7:45pm. Sunday shifts are 7:30-9:30, 9:30-11:30, and 11:30-1:30.


Accounting - Are you into making sure that your checkbook balances? Well so are we! Common Grounds needs volunteers who can help with the accounting on Sunday afternoon from 1:30-2:30pm. This is a great position for a number cruncher who likes to drink coffee but doesn't particularly care to make it. Yep, you get a free drink too!


Early Bird Support - Like to be useful at 7:30am? Boy could we use you! Sunday mornings call for early morning set up and if you like the 8:30 service and you're strong, this is the job for you! For helping move all the milk, ice and supplies, you too will recieve a free drink of your choice!
